Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

The data processed are the following:

  1. those collected through so-called cookies.

  2. Specifically, the following types of cookies are used:

    • technical cookies, which are necessary to ensure normal navigation of the website and the use of its services.

    • third-party profiling cookies, in particular the X button and social widgets provided by X (X Corp.), which enable interaction with the X social network. X’s privacy policy is available at: https://privacy.x.com/en

    Processing is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority dated 8 May 2014. The use of technical and analytical cookies is permitted under these conditions without requiring user consent. Consent for the use of third-party profiling cookies is considered granted by continuing to browse the website after viewing the cookie banner. Consent may be revoked at any time.

    Any personal data voluntarily, explicitly, and optionally provided by users – whether by sending email messages to the addresses indicated on the website or by completing forms or other guided procedures available on the website – will be processed solely for the purpose of responding to the submitted requests.
    Such processing involves the acquisition of the sender’s email address, which is necessary to provide a response, as well as any other personal data included in the communication. The data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and will not be used for purposes other than those for which it was collected, unless further consent is obtained.


Data Retention Period

Data collected through technical cookies are retained only for the time necessary to provide the requested service. Users can delete installed cookies and manage their preferences through their browser settings. Data collected through profiling cookies are retained for the period specified in the relevant third-party privacy policy, which also provides information on how to disable such cookies.
Personal data voluntarily provided by users will be collected and retained for the duration of the campaign. Once the campaign has ended, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless its continued retention is required by legal obligations or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

No Transfer of Data Outside the European Union

Personal data collected through the WEBSITE is processed and stored within the territory of the European Union. No data is transferred to countries outside the European Union or to international organizations. Should such a transfer become necessary in the future, it will be carried out in full compliance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR, and with the implementation of appropriate safeguards.

Finally, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Voluntary nature of the personal data provided by users

Without prejudice to the provisions concerning browsing data, the user is free to provide personal data by completing the request forms available on the website or by otherwise contacting the addresses indicated therein, for the purpose of receiving informational materials or other communications. Failure to provide such data may result in the impossibility of fulfilling the user’s request.

Amendments to This Privacy Policy

The Data Controller reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time, in order to reflect changes in applicable legislation or to enhance its content based on operational or organizational needs, as well as in response to suggestions or feedback received from users.
